Established in 2002, bear IT has grown organically over the years, building a relationship based business, where referrals and recommendations from our existing customers provide the majority of our new business. Offering leading products and solutions and really caring about our customers keeps us on top of our game.

We are based in Nottingham, but have no fear of travelling across the country to support our customers when they need us. In a time where remote working is ever more popular and relationships are more digital than personal, we still appreciate the benefits of the personal touch. Our team use names, not ticket numbers. We like to meet regularly with our customers and will pop in to say Hi if we are in the area, especially those who have a biscuit tin!.

Meet The Team

Our Managing Director Mark Lambert has over 25 years of industry experience.  He prefers to win business by solving IT problems and easing your pain, rather than delivering a smooth sales pitch. We build relationships with people and strive to be approachable and not too techy to talk to, unless you like that kind of thing.

Our team all have their individual strengths, expertise and personalities. We work hard and don’t believe in a nine to five mentality – Computers can be inconsiderate and don’t always break in standard office hours.  We believe in customer satisfaction and being the best we can be.
